Departments - Overview

Arabian Supplies attributes its highly successful track record to the efficient functioning of its departments. We train and encourage all our employees in each department to utilize their qualifications, experience and skills to their best in working towards achieving organizational goals. All of our departments uphold the spirit of teamwork which keeps the coordination and cooperation between them well-oiled, which in turn helps us showcase your brand on retail shelves around Qatar.


Our company is divided into the following departments:


General Manager’s Office

Our General Manager, with his vast body of experience and high qualifications, ensures that company is meeting all its short and long-term goals. He is responsible for leading and coordinating strategic plans for and between all the departments at Arabian Supplies.


Supply Chain

Our Supply Chain department ensures the effective utilization of short-term and long-term strategic plans with a focus on Sales and Purchases.


Sales & Marketing

This department works towards promoting the brands of our principals in Qatar’s consumer market through promotions, sampling, tastings, sponsorships and in-store brand activities.

Human Resources

Our Human Resources Department ensures that only the most competent and qualified members are recruited into our organization. We especially look for persons with a wide body of experience and those who can contribute to realizing our organizational vision. In addition, this department also organizes training activities to help motivate employees and ensure that they are well-versed with the latest market trends.



Our Logistics Department is one of our most important departments. It provides safe and fast integration of information, transportation, inventory, warehousing, material handling, and packaging, to meet the requirements of customers in due time.


Customs Clearance

Our Customs Clearance staff ensures the smooth flow of inventory from our principals to our warehouses and thereby to our retail and wholesale partners by minimizing any delays in airport customs.


Food Service Division

Our Food Service Division serves the majority of Away-From-Home market such as hotels, catering, QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), governments departments, facility management companies, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, airlines catering companies etc. 

Some of our distinguished suppliers such as Henkel Dac Profesional, Lipton Tea, Al Rabie Juice, Al Ain Water, Tabasco Sauce, Kuwait flour, and Weetabix provide a larger package of products best to supply the Away-From-Home market which facilitate the delivery of superior goods by Food Service Division. 

In addition, the Food Service Division has its own logistics faculty to help it meet all business transactions independent from the wholesale and retail divisions of the company.
